Please carefully read the below registration and cancellation policy for NADC 2025 before continuing with registration.
Attendee Registration (by November 21, 2025):
- $295 Regular Registration (NIAAA members or state high school association staff)
- $410 Regular non-members
- Note: This fee does not include NIAAA membership
Late Registration (after November 21, 2025):
- $390 Regular Registration (NIAAA members or state high school association staff)
- $505 Regular non-members
- Regular Registration Includes:
- Access to all workshops, general sessions, and the exhibit hall
- 1 luncheon ticket to Citation Award Luncheon Ticket
- 1 banquet ticket to DSA & Hall of Fame Banquet Ticket
- Registration gift
Retired Registration
- $100 Retired (NIAAA members or state high school association staff)
- $150 Retired Non-members
- Retired Registration Includes:
- Access to all workshops, general sessions, and the exhibit hall
- Retired Breakfast on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 9:00 AM
- Registration gift
Guest Registration (must be made with an Attendee Registration)
- $55 per person
- Not for Athletic Department Staff
- Does NOT include workshops, LTI courses, luncheon, banquet or optional activities
- Includes:
- Saturday Guest Reception
- Sunday Guest Breakfast (Guest Only)
- Access to Exhibit Hall
- Access to General Sessions
Optional Tickets for Retired and Guests:
- Luncheon: $60
- Banquet: $90
Important Notes:
- Guests must be registered to enter any conference areas
- Guests and children without registration will not be permitted in the Exhibit Hall
- Vendors or anyone wishing to solicit with attendees must register as a Vendor and be in the Vendor Hall.
Upon completion of your registration, an email confirmation will be sent. This email will contain the hotel reservation links. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation from NADC noreply@swoogo.com please call 317-587-1450 and ask for conference registration.
Conference Cancellation Timeline
July 9, 2025 - November 21, 2025: 100% refund will be given upon cancellation.
November 22, 2025 - December 7, 2025: refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
December 8, 2025 and after: Based on extenuating circumstances, the registration fee may be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Approval is not guaranteed.
Refunds will not be given for the following tickets:
- NIAAA Sports Facilities Seminar
- NIAAA Endowment Golf Tournaments
- Guest Badge
- Citation Award Luncheon Ticket
- DSA & Hall of Fame Award Banquet Ticket
LTI Cancellation Timeline
July 9 - November 21, 2025: No cancellation fee
After November 21, 2025 - December 11, 2025: Cancellations incur a $25 fee per course. You may switch to a different course onsite but must pay the difference in course fees.
December 11, 2025 and after: No refunds or credits for cancelled courses. You may switch to a different course onsite before the respective LTI registration period closes. You must pay the difference in course fees. Students must be in the classroom within 15 minutes of the posted start time. Arrival at 16 minutes or later is considered a no show. NO SHOWS are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Refund Processing: Any applicable refunds or credits will be issued to the payer by January 30, 2026.
