Ed Martin is the founder and principal consultant at Twinsight Consulting, a boutique consultancy focused on digital twins for the AEC, EPC and manufacturing industries. Ed has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and technology industries, and his digital twin related expertise includes reality capture, engineering design and collaboration, data management, model-based system design and simulation, real-time 3D and mixed reality. Prior to founding Twinsight, Ed was a senior director at Unity Technologies where he led digital twin initiatives, and held various roles at Autodesk, where he led manufacturing initiatives and worked closely with Autodesk’s AEC team. He has experience with large-scale manufacturing from his time working in the automotive industry.
