Lindsey Elliott is CEO and Co-Founder of Nexterity, Inc., an industrial construction technology company delivering hands-free robotics and computer vision to critical infrastructure. She developed a robotic tool that autonomously bolts and unbolts industrial pipeline flanges 8x faster than manual methods, with measurable gains in worker safety and quality.
Lindsey's background spans mechanical engineering, AI/ML program management, and hands-on industrial operations across ExxonMobil, Qualcomm, and Sabic — a combination that positioned her to tackle one of construction's most persistent challenges. She holds dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics from Texas Christian University. Staying true to her technical roots, Lindsey also serves as the Topic Organizer for ASME PVP's Computer Technology & Bolted Joints AI session, a research track dedicated to advancing AI-focused innovation in bolting technology.
Since founding Nexterity in 2024, she has led the company through the MassRobotics Accelerator, secured a Phase I Army SBIR contract, and launched pilot programs with notable players in the energy, (petro)chemical, wind, infrastructure, and utilities industries. Nexterity is pioneering dual-use robotics solutions at the intersection of energy infrastructure and defense. Lindsey was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Manufacturing and Industry in 2026.
