Charlie Grove is an IT and public safety technology professional with more than 20 years of software development experience and over a decade of search and rescue experience. His background includes work as a search technician, command staff member, and UAS pilot, giving him a practical understanding of how technology is applied in field operations.

Since 2017, Charlie has served as Director of Technology for Texas Search and Rescue, where he supports the development and implementation of technology solutions for search operations, situational awareness, mapping, communications, and UAS program integration. His work focuses on helping SAR and emergency management teams use technology in ways that improve coordination, increase responder safety, and support better mission outcomes.
