A structured, hands-on working session for a capped group of attendees focused on industrial intelligence. 

Participants work through the Industrial Intelligence Maturity Framework across four focus areas: 
(1) Data Foundation & OT Connectivity
(2) AI & Analytics Deployment
(3) Digital Reality Integration
(4) Organizational & Workforce Readiness
Format: 20-min facilitated review of each focus area, then small group peer discussion (groups of 4–5, intentionally mixed across attendees), followed by each group sharing one key insight. 
Participants leave with a completed one-page self-assessment and a prioritized 90-day action plan.
