Brenny Kummer is the Assistant Director of Educational Technology for Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation in Indiana and President of Indiana Connected Educators (INCE), Indiana’s ISTE+ASCD affiliate. A former social studies teacher, she holds an M.Ed. in Educational Technology from the University of Arkansas and an M.Ed. in School Administration and Supervision from Indiana State University.

Brenny is an adjunct professor at the University of Indianapolis, where she teaches courses on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), assistive technology, and innovative practices in special education. Her work has been featured in the 2024 U.S. Department of Education National Educational Technology Plan, and she has served in state leadership roles focused on accessibility, UDL, and educational technology. She is passionate about helping educators leverage technology to create more accessible, inclusive, and innovative learning experiences.
