Hi, I'm Jess! I'm a Customer Success Manager at Instructure with nearly 20 years of experience in K–12 education technology.

I'm passionate about building meaningful relationships, connecting educators, and helping school districts turn technology into real outcomes for teachers and students. I believe some of the best ideas come from collaboration, honest conversations, and learning from one another.

I work closely with districts across Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia, and one of my favorite parts of my role is bringing people together who might not otherwise cross paths.

When I'm not talking all things edtech, you'll find me traveling, exploring new places, or making memories with my family.
