Nadine Gilkison is the Director of Technology Integration for Franklin Township Community School Corporation in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she supports roughly 11,000 students and 700 certified staff. A Google Certified Innovator and former Innovation Specialist for the Indiana Department of Education, Nadine is known nationally for creative, themed conference sessions grounded in strong instructional practice. She is the founder of Spark Summit, a free annual professional development event for educators now in its fifth year. She also works with Smekens Education as a Digital Resource Designer. Nadine's work centers on equity-driven technology access—particularly for English Learners, students with dyslexia, and students with IEPs—and on helping teachers integrate AI thoughtfully into K–12 instruction.
