Jena Fahlbush, M.Ed., is a Technical Assistance (TA) Specialist for the National Center on Accessible Digital Educational Materials & Instruction (NCADEMI). A licensed K-6 teacher, she spent nine years in the classroom before transitioning to a statewide TA specialist role supporting Indiana’s public PreK-12 schools. In that role, she helped districts develop accessible educational materials (AEM) policies and provided TA on AEM, assistive technology (AT), and universal design for learning. She extended her work to higher education, designing and teaching an undergraduate course on AT for students with disabilities at Indiana University Kokomo. Jena has presented at various conferences and joined NCADEMI in 2024 to champion digital accessibility for all learners.
