As Tipmont’s system administration supervisor, Nick Thompson leads a team that maintains the integrity, security and performance of Tipmont and Wintek servers and networks. Aligned with his lifelong passion for technology innovation, Nick also spearheaded Tipmont’s initiative to implement internal AI resources — coordinating services used, fine-tuning interfaces and leading staff training sessions. He also holds a Cisco-Certified Network Associate designation in Cyber Ops, representing expertise in essential cybersecurity skills. Nick previously served as the systems administrator for the Lafayette (Ind.) Catholic School System and earned a bachelor’s degree in computer and information technology from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind.
