Tim Pritchett serves as Vice President of Service Delivery at Matrix Integration, where he leads a multi-tiered team of engineers responsible for delivering technology, cybersecurity, and strategic IT services to organizations throughout Indiana and Kentucky.

Before joining Matrix Integration in 2022, Tim spent more than 20 years in technology leadership, including serving as Director of Technology for Monroe County Community School Corporation. In that role, he oversaw technology operations for 23 schools and more than 13,000 students and staff, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges K-12 technology leaders face every day—from cybersecurity and infrastructure management to budgeting, staffing, and long-term technology planning.

Today, Tim works closely with school districts and other organizations to help strengthen cybersecurity programs, improve IT operations, manage risk, and align technology initiatives with organizational goals. His expertise includes cybersecurity strategy, data governance, policy development, change management, and IT service delivery.

Tim holds several industry certifications, including ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CompTIA CySA+, and CompTIA Security+, and is passionate about helping technology leaders navigate an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving IT landscape.
