"It's Not About the Size of the Team, It's About the Heart of the Players" – Building Future-Ready Learners with Student AI
Just like Coach Norman Dale transformed a small-town team into champions in Hoosiers, elementary educators have the opportunity to develop future-ready learners by equipping students with the skills they need to succeed. In this session, participants will explore how Student AI spaces can seamlessly integrate into elementary curriculum, including Amplify units, to build background knowledge, increase engagement, and provide meaningful feedback. Through authentic examples in ELA, math, science, and social studies, educators will experience interactive learning opportunities that foster communication, critical thinking, creativity, and reflection.
Pre-Game Warm-Up: Define what success looks like for your students and establish your championship vision for learning.
First Quarter: Build your instructional playbook by exploring AI-powered strategies that support student investigation, virtual exploration, real-time feedback, and understanding diverse perspectives.
Halftime Locker Room Talk: Discover how AI can strengthen assessment practices through immediate feedback, targeted reteaching, enrichment opportunities, and student reflection.
