Data doesn't stop at the school door, and neither do student needs and opportunities. This session explores how districts can build meaningful data partnerships with out-of-school-time, Work-based Learning, and student success programs to create a richer, more complete picture of student well being and needs. Drawing on real examples across health, social services, workfoce, and postsecondary data, presenters will walk through a practical framework for starting, sustaining, and scaling the school as a community data asset - even when resources are limited and needs aren't clear.
