In the rapidly evolving landscape of education, the integration of AI is transforming teaching practices and student engagement. In this session, I will share my personal journey and the practical strategies I’ve developed, drawing on insights I learned from the Microsoft Certified Coaching program.

I will discuss how I’ve shifted my coaching sessions to emphasize more meaningful technology integration, using the Depths of Knowledge (DoK) framework and the SAMR model. Attendees will learn how to design coaching cycles that move beyond substitution and augmentation to reach modification and redefinition, fostering higher-order thinking skills in students.
