Jeremy Miller is a veteran leader in education, with over 30 years of experience shaping learning environments. As the Director of Technology for Middlebury Community Schools for the past decade, he has been at the forefront of the district's technological transformation.
During his tenure, Jeremy has driven key initiatives that have modernized the school system, including a successful 1:1 device program for all students and the adoption of a comprehensive K–12 learning management system. He also led the implementation of a district-wide communication platform to foster stronger connections between schools, families, and the community.
A champion of school safety, Jeremy collaborated with district leaders to deploy an advanced, cloud-based security solution. This system integrates cameras, vape sensors, and access controls to create a more secure environment for students and staff.
Before his current role, Jeremy served in various leadership positions, including seven years as an elementary principal and seven years as a middle school assistant principal. His diverse background also includes time as a middle school teacher.
Outside of his work, Jeremy has been married to his wife, Joy, for 29 years. They are proud parents of three adult children and a doting grandfather to one grandson.
