Jahna joined Zayo in September 2025 as the Head of Service Assurance for the Advanced and Managed Services Team. In this role, she leads day-two technical support and drives client experience across a portfolio of products including Dynamic Link, Managed Edge, Voice & Unified Communications, and Managed Education Services.
With a career spanning leadership roles in Service Assurance and Service Delivery across Cloud Data Services, WiMAX, and major telecom providers like Lumen and Verizon Business, Jahna brings deep expertise in operational excellence and customer-centric service models.
Her leadership philosophy centers on fostering both customer retention and team growth, creating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Jahna holds a degree in Management and Economics from the University of Nebraska and an MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Colorado. She is also Six Sigma certified through Villanova University.
Outside of work, Jahna enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her husband Kevin and their three children—often on the go between sports and activities.
