With over 30 years of experience in K-12 IT leadership, Bill Stein, CETL is a nationally recognized expert in educational technology, cybersecurity, and digital equity. As the Director of Information Systems for the Metropolitan School District (MSD) of Mt. Vernon, Bill has been a driving force in shaping technology strategies that empower schools, protect data, and support classroom innovation. A Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL) and former chair of the Indiana CTO Council, he has led efforts to enhance cybersecurity awareness, digital equity, and IT infrastructure in K-12 education.
