Bill is the creator of CyberShorts.org, a storytelling platform that transforms real world cyber incidents into accessible and memorable stories designed to improve security awareness and spark meaningful conversations. He is a Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL), a frequent presenter at regional and national conferences including ISTE and CoSN, and a passionate advocate for collaboration, innovation, and digital equity in education.
