Tanika Kinartail is an accomplished educational leader dedicated to fostering instructional excellence and innovation. A dual alumna of Indiana University–Bloomington, she holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management alongside her K–12 Building Principal license. Tanika’s career is built on fifteen years of foundational experience, including seven years as a classroom teacher and eight years as an assistant principal.
Currently, as a Professional Learning Specialist at the Central Indiana Educational Service Center, Tanika designs transformative professional development for educators and administrators across the region. For the past four years at CIESC, she has served as a subject matter expert in AI integration, teacher evaluation, professional learning communities, and multilingual learner support. Beyond her regional impact, Tanika helps shape the next generation of educators as an adjunct faculty member at Ivy Tech Community College.
