Athletics are a cornerstone of school spirit and community engagement, and today’s fans, families, and students expect more than just the game—they expect an experience. From crystal-clear sound in the gymnasium to dynamic video displays on the field, audio-visual technology is transforming how schools showcase their teams and connect with their communities.

This session will explore practical approaches to designing and implementing AV systems for K–12 athletic venues. Topics include PA systems for gyms and stadiums, scoreboards and video boards, livestreaming athletic events, and integrating music and media to energize the crowd. Attendees will gain insight into balancing performance with budget, ensuring reliability in challenging environments, and planning upgrades that scale as programs grow.

Force Tech will share lessons learned from real-world K–12 athletic installations across Indiana, highlighting strategies that deliver professional-level experiences while remaining accessible for staff and students to operate.
