Where should I and where do I actually spend my time?   

Too many of us are spending our time reacting to our environment as tasks and projects pile up.  We need to move our attention and focus towards the proactive activies and mindset so we can be more responsive to our network and user's needs.  Being proactive will give us more time and energy to address the unforeseen events that always seems to pop up.  The more proactive we become the more our stress decreases and our work can be done at a more comfortable pace.  This session will provide a framework on how to make that transistion and we'll talk through a varity of scenarios.
