Imagine students developing a deep understanding of educational subjects by building their own working software applications addressing an academic topic without having to first learn how to write a single line of code. This is the power behind Vibe Coding, the process of using AI to generate working programs from plain text descriptions of the thing you want to the program to do. Whether it is engaging in a dialog with a historical character, illustrating a concept from physics, or leaning about predator/prey relationships by building a working simulation, these kinds of tasks and others will be explored in this hand's on workshop (wireless access computer or Chromebook required)
The presenter is well-known to HECC and has recently written a book on this topic.
