Inclusive computer science learning environments are critical for young minds to foster a life-long interest in tech.

In this presentation, Girls Who Code will introduce you to our pipeline of free programs supporting computer science learning, engagement, and academic and professional success from primary education through early career. We’ll focus our time exploring our free Clubs program for all 3rd-12th grade learners and show you how to launch, lead, and grow girls-first computer science programs, no matter your level of experience with coding.

Attendees will learn how to implement Learn to Code Activities with Facilitator Guides, lead Sisterhood Activities encouraging positive social-emotional development, and facilitate GWC Tech Spotlights celebrating diverse role models in tech. Attendees will leave the session with best practices and step-by-step guidance for bringing free Girls Who Code Clubs and resources to their community.
