Description

Students are using AI, and what an amazing resource it can be to help them understand complex topics! Breaking down concepts, acting as a thought partner and providing study aids are incredible ways that students can and should be using AI. Of course, there are also concerns related to AI that both students and teachers need to be aware of. When does the use of AI become cheating? What is bias? What are hallucinations? How can students be good critical thinkers when utilizing AI, and what does it mean to be transparent when using it? We address all of these topics and more in this session. (This session can also be delivered directly to Middle School and High School students)
