Dr. Juan Moya is an experienced eco-geomorphologist with over 35 years of extensive national and international experience. As a former State Geoscientist and Project Manager with the Texas General Land Office (GLO), he served as a key state liaison with critical agencies including FEMA, USACE, USGS, NOAA, TWDB, and others, demonstrating the capability to bridge scientific expertise with governmental strategies. He is considered one of the few restoraiton geomorphologists in the Gulf and has led more than $30M in restoraiton efforts along his career.
