Rick is a mechanical engineer/MBA with over 30 years in the oil & gas industry (Vetco, GE, BakerHughes), and roughly ten years in aerospace/robotics (Oceaneering Space Systems). From 2019- 2023 he helped lead the Avitas inspection business at BakerHughes. Rick has since obtained his FAA Part 107 certification and founded Emission Technology Solutions (ETS), a business devoted to supporting the inspection needs for the oil & gas industry. The ETS PlumeQuant software has been developed to help quantify gas emissions and to make inspections more accurate and cost efficient.
