ComEd will review their Advanced Image Analytics program with Optelos, which is projected to deliver improved electrical grid reliability to their customers (SAIFI and SAIDI) and support organizational goals for cost containment and predictive analytics. This presentation covers the program elements and lessons learned from drone data capture, automated image upload, AI processing of inspection imagery to automate defect detection and provide near real-time insights into the state of health of all distribution assets.
