Jim Neve has worked in the Door & Hardware Industry for 10 years at Beacon Commercial Door & Lock as a Project Manager, Detailer, Estimator, Systems Manager, and now Controller. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from Utah State University in 2014. Following that, he graduated with an MBA from the University of Utah in 2020.

Like many other professionals in the industry, Neve frequently and unashamedly examines doors and hardware in public. He is passionate about his professional career and that includes the Door and Hardware industry. Neve cares about the success of our industry because of our common objectives for the life safety and security of our clients. He is grateful for the opportunities this industry has given and is passionate about helping others succeed in any way he can.

Neve is the proud father of two children and lives with his wife and kids in Utah. He enjoys learning everything he can about business and about how to be a better manager. In his spare time, Neve also enjoys cooking, sports, technology, and building models.
