Payment must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received by the conference date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on charge card until proof of payment is provided. Make check payable to PennWell/Deepwater Operations/Topsides 2019.

Cancellation: Cancellation of registration must be received in writing. Any individual, exhibitor, or corporate registrations cancelled in writing before January 16, 2019 will receive a 50% refund of registration fee. After January 16, 2019, no refunds will be permitted. Substitutions may be made at any time by contacting the registration office in writing.
