Emily Richardson oversees recruiting and hiring services for Counts Business Consulting. She has a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. Growing up and working at her family’s service stations she was able to get first-hand experience with small business and the day to day responsibilities. Emily enjoys working with small businesses to find efficiencies and establish processes that ease the burden for team members while making life easier for management and shared resources, HR, Accounting, etc.
