Linda grew up in automotive recycling. Her Dad, Norm Dulaney, began his business after WWII. In 1970 Linda joined the business after graduating from Texas Christian University.

Active in ARA, she has served as President of the ARA Scholarship Foundation and still serves as treasurer. She has been a regional director, chairman of the Safety Committee, served on Governmental Affairs Committee, the Insurance Committee, and is now a member of the CAR committee. She served TARA (Texas Automotive Recycler Association) as president 2004-2006. She is a past president of ARA (2009) and currently holds the distinction of being the only Father-Daughter duo who served ARA as presidents (Norm Dulaney-1970). In 2017 she was given an ARA Lifetime Achievement award.

Now semi-retired, Linda serves as an advisor for Dulaney Auto Parts in Plainview, Texas. She lives in Canyon Texas with her husband of 47 years, Lanky.
