William Richardson began his career as a Federal Investigator with the US Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division enforcing the provisions of the Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, SCA/Davis-Bacon/PCA, Employee Polygraph Protection Act, Consumer Credit Protection Act, Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Protection Act and the H visa guest worker program. Currently, he serves as an Outreach and Planning Specialist and works to provide compliance assistance by helping increase knowledge of the laws that the Wage and Hour Division administers.
