The goal of the Recyclers Mentoring Session is to use and apply the professional skills and experience of ARA mentor members to improve the performance of other ARA member businesses and raise the bar for the industry at-large. The end result will be to achieve consistent standards in processes as well as product, improve the negative perception of our industry, and to create more opportunity for the use of recycled auto parts.

 The introductory session at the Annual Convention will facilitate the introductions and pairing of mentors and mentees.  Throughout the next year, mentors will assist with setting business goals, problem solving, share advice, and provide support for making sound business decisions.  Mentees must be prepared to accept feedback, and in return will gain a new perspective, expanded knowledge and skills.
