Steve Monroe, AHC, FDAI, CDT, has been in the hardware profession for almost 30 years, first as an independent representative, and the last 18 working for Allegion plc, formerly Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies. He is a Distributor Representative and Training Coordinator for the New England Region for Allegion. Steve is certified as an Architectural Hardware Consultant (AHC) from the Door and Hardware Institute, a Construction Document Technologist (CDT) from the Construction Specifications Institute and a Certified Fire Door Assembly Inspector (FDAI) with the Door and Hardware Institute (DHI). Steve has presented at Yankee many times in the past.
