He started in the warehouse and worked his way up, performing many roles within the company. He pioneered the Command Access youtube channel, which provides customers a valuable resource when using retrofit electric hardware. He brings an extensive knowledge of the inner workings of products and installation. Over the past two years he has transitioned into the role of sales leader, managing a team of seven inside sales and tech support personnel, and an independent rep network in both the US and Canada.
