Participants will learn how to use a behavior management tool with both big and small behaviors. The "Repair Plan" is a restorative practice that focuses on the student making a 'bad' choice but not being a 'bad' person. With use of the repair plan, students will be able to identify their feelings, voice what happened, identify who was impacted by their behavior, and how they can make amends to those they hurt.
