Registration is open! New this year, the Posters will be displayed in the Exhibition at Odom Fitness Center, and all Symposium lectures and keynote address, as well as education sessions presented by leading companies and organizations will be held all day long in the Community Activities Center (CAC) across the parking lot from Odom.
Attendees must register for a badge to attend the Exhibition to view the 100+ Poster displays and visit with the 70+ Sponsors and government agencies at their booths.
Pre-register now and avoid lines onsite! You will receive a registration confirmation with QR code to scan onsite for fast-track access to the Exhibition.

Government (must have a government issued email address - .gov, .mil, or .health, or Military ID) Registration Fee: $0
Nonprofit (must have an .edu, or .org email address) Registration Fee: $0

Industry (company not exhibiting at Spring Research Festival) Registration Fee: $259
Booth coordinators will receive a code for booth staff to register. Please contact your company's booth coordinator before your register for complimentary and discounted booth staff badges. DO NOT register without your company's code.
