Exhibitors are welcome to schedule events before or after the conference. Any events scheduled for Monday, June 12, or Tuesday, June 13, require express written consent from the SEAA Board of Directors.

Exhibitor Meeting Agreement

I understand that failure to seek consent may result in my organization being removed from the 2023 conference and barred from all future SEAA conferences.

Please Note:

If you are a Flamingo Sponsor, your Exhibitor registration includes three exhibitor attendee passes. All other Exhibitor registrations include two exhibitor attendee passes. You may purchase additional exhibitor attendee passes at $300 each.
SEAA assigns table locations at the close of registration. Exhibitors’ table locations are determined based on sponsorship level and the number of years exhibiting at the annual SEAA event. SEAA makes every effort to ensure competing Exhibitors are not placed next to one another.
