Over the past six years, RP has served as a trusted advisor to 150+ firms across segments, guiding growth initiatives spanning advisor productivity, practice management, user experience, process automation, tech simplification and operations. His team partners closely with product management, engineering, strategy, sales, marketing and strategic partners, and is accountable for driving revenue growth across Broadridge’s wealth solutions. 
Outside of work, RP enjoys aviation, intrepid travel, listening to music and walking his English cream retriever.
