She tackles critical challenges and advocates for advisor needsidentified to infuse ease of doing business and drive the best experience for all stakeholders.
Previously, as Head of Client Experience at Lincoln Financial Network (LFN),she provided holistic oversight of service touchpoints, ensuring efficient andeffective service delivery across all areas. Her team focuses on BusinessInnovation, Client Engagement, Digital Experience, Network Experience, andInitiative champions to integrate people, processes, and technology forenhanced productivity.
Before this role, Namita served as VP of Strategic Operations – Lincoln Financial Securities andPremier Partners, offering strategic leadership to build LFS and managingvarious support teams. She also headed the Business Solutions group,overseeing Investments Products and Platforms - Operations and Projects.
Earlier in her Lincoln career of over 24 years, Namita gained significant field experience as a Regional Director of Operations and held various field roles. She holds life and annuities, health, Series 7, and Series 24 securities registrations. Namita holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration withconcentrations in Personnel and Finance Management and worked as abranch manager at a securities firm in India before moving to the UnitedStates. She relocated to the Philadelphia area in 2018 and is supported by herhusband, Hirang, and their two children, Keshali and Ohm.
