Judy Lee is a vice president, team lead of Platform Consulting, for FI Analytics & Commercialization at Fidelity Institutional® (FI). Fidelity Institutional is a division of Fidelity Investments that offers investment insights, strategies, and solutions, as well as trading services to a wide range of wealth management firms and institutional investors. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Ms. Lee is responsible for leading a team that helps wealth management firms design and implement digitally empowered strategies to achieve their growth, client service, and productivity goals. With 20+ years in financial services, her expertise in wealthtech has driven engagements on a number of important issues that challenge firms, including: improving client service and productivity; streamlining and automating workflows; delivering a tailored experience through custom integrations; assessing technology vendors; and developing and implementing a digital strategy. Additionally, she helps shape the direction and overall strategy of the digital strategy team and serves as a subject matter expert for business partners and solution providers when seeking insights and best practices.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Lee spent 11 years at Franklin Templeton Investments leading a global team of client service managers in account servicing, portfolio reporting, client onboarding, and private fund launches for the institutional segment.
Ms. Lee received her bachelor of arts degree in sociology from University of California, Berkeley, and her master of business administration degree from Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
