Laura Delaney McElroy is vice president and business consultant for Institutional Wealth Management Services, which offers wealth management professionals and firms access to the investment, technology, and platform solutions they need to serve their investor clients and grow their businesses. Institutional Wealth Management Services is a part of Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, family offices, and individuals.In this role, Ms. McElroy helps business owners identify and address strategic challenges critical to achieving high performance and growth. She leads Fidelity’s mergers & acquisitions consulting program and is a frequent speaker in industry conferences.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Ms. McElroy had a 16-year career with BNY Mellon | Pershing®. Ms. McElroy held several roles, including enterprise & product consulting and vice president, global strategy & product management. Ms. McElroy is the recipient of the BNY Mellon Star award; awarded once in a BNY Mellon career to those who exemplify outstanding achievements. Ms. McElroy started her career in the wealth management industry in 1999.Ms. McElroy earned her MBA degree from Dowling College in Oakdale, NY. She also holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses. She is a graduate of WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., and serves as a standing mentor for the program.
